This is a lovely little heavy cast iron cauldron with 3 legs and a hangar.

You could use this for cooking, but it is more likely that you would want to buy this as an unusual decorative piece!

It is marked with "1/2L" denoting half a litre capacity on the lid and also on the cauldron pot itself.

It measures 10.5cm in diameter and stands 17cm high (not including the handle). Even though it is small it weighs over 1kg and feels really solid.

It has obviously been used but is in fantastic condition and is a really lovely item.
