Large Copper Bound Oak Jug (c.late 1800's)

ÂŁ175.00

This is a big Copper Bound Oak Jug which could now be used for decoration, or as an umbrella stand. It is estimated to be from the mid to late 1800's.

This jug stands 56cm high, is 38cm from the tip of the jug to the back of the handle, and is 23cm in diameter. It weighs over 6kg!

Traditionally made & held together by the copper bands, this jug is impressive and is a real eyecatcher.

It does have some gloss paint that looks like it was spilt on it from the previous owner, but this would be easy to remove - you could say it's part of it's heritage & character! It is shown in the photo.
