This Antique French Fish Platter was made in Pornic, Brittany c. 1950, and was hand painted.
It measures 45cm long x 21cm wide x 4.5cm tall. It weighs 860g.
It is in fantastic condition on the front, but does have a chip underneath which does not detract from the overall appearance or usability of the plate for food or decoration.
It has the Pornic pottery stamp underneath and also a St Malo stamp which could be where it was originally sold as a souvenir item.
