Les Bières Artisanales de France – Collection No. 035 celebrates the growing tradition and enduring craftsmanship of French brewing.

Six distinctive beer styles are presented across the artwork: Bière Blonde, Bière Blanche, Bière Ambrée, Bière IPA, Bière Brune and Bière Saison. Each is illustrated with its own vintage-inspired bottle and glass, surrounded by ingredients associated with brewing — hops, barley, wheat, citrus, spices and botanicals.

The smaller scenes tell the wider story. A traditional brasserie sits amongst the countryside, copper brewing vessels and wooden barrels recall historic production methods, while bottles, hops and grain celebrate the ingredients behind the finished beer.

Together they create a nostalgic tribute to L'Art de Brasser — the art of brewing.

Artwork Inspiration

The artwork takes inspiration from old French brewery advertisements, vintage beer labels, regional brasseries and the beautifully illustrated commercial posters once used to promote beers throughout France and continental Europe. French beer culture is often overshadowed by the country's wines, yet regions particularly in northern and eastern France have long histories of brewing. Today, independent French breweries have brought renewed attention to that heritage, combining traditional methods with modern craft brewing. This print brings those two worlds together — the charm of vintage French advertising with the relaxed culture of contemporary artisan beer.
