Why We Love It

The colour contrast is what really makes this print stand out.

From a distance, the large golden-green fruits and glossy leaves give it a wonderfully calm botanical appearance. Look closer and the cut pomelo suddenly introduces that extraordinary coral-pink centre.

We particularly like that the artwork shows the fruit in several stages growing on the branch, cut completely in half and presented as a single wedge. Together with the blossom, it creates the feeling of a complete botanical study rather than simply a picture of citrus fruit.

The Corsican element also gives this design a lovely French Mediterranean identity, making it especially appealing alongside the other citrus prints in the collection.
