French Antique Wooden Handwarmer

This is a really rare and unusual item! An antique French Handwarmer.

Made from wood with holes in it, there is a metal tray which would have held the hot coals. The lid would then be closed and you could warm your hands using the holes.

It measures 25cm long, 20cm wide and is 13cm high. It weighs 1.75kg.

This item is in fantastic condition and is definitely a conversation starter. A great piece to add to any collection.
